Drawing upon his inter-disciplinary background in education, management and cognitive psychology, Ashish has done innovative work in the areas of school curriculum, teacher education, leadership, and creativity. Passionate about making learning meaningful, Ronny has been instrumental is setting up the Strawberry Fields World School at Chandigarh. A co-founder, he has an MBA from XLRI and was a participant at the Project Zero Classroom 2004 at Harvard University. Tapaswini's research work, for her M.Phil. at Cambridge University and subsequent Ph.D. at JNU, focussed on the role of play in problem solving and social development of preschool children. Her areas of interest include curriculum development for children and coaching teachers to learn, grow and change their classroom practices. Anustup's interests are culture change and social enterprise. He has masters degrees in Public Policy from Georgia Tech. and in Education from Harvard. He has worked at a policy think tank and a strategy consultancy in the U.S   RamG has held senior positions with some of the best organizations- both domestic and multinational. These include stints as COO at Airtel, Director at Dell and Director at HP etc. Having done his B Tech in electronics from IIT Chennai and his MBA from XLRI, RamG is passionate about education. Having done a large part of his education from government schools in some of the smallest villages of Kerala, RamG believes that there is a lot that can be done in education in India. Shweta has a degree in Psychology, an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and an Ed.M. (Learning and Teaching) from Harvard University. She has worked as a management consultant and an education consultant in India and the US. Career banker of over 33 years of experience, having worked with HSBC for over 29 years, and with Commerz Bank for 4 years as the president and CEO for India. He is a keen sportsperson and devotes most of his weekends to golf and bridge. A Jungian psychologist and senior faculty, Renu brings over twenty-five years of experience as a facilitator. She has training certifications from the Institute of Training & Development, UK and the NTL, Maine, USA and also has a diploma in handling children with special needs. An accredited MBTI trainer, her areas of interest include personal growth, self-esteem and management of emotions. Ashley brings over ten years of experience in marketing, consulting and educating business professionals. She has worked at The Boston Consulting Group, Parametric Technology Corporation and most recently at the MIT Sloan School of Management. She has a Wharton MBA, Masters from MIT and BA from Brown University. Sushil has over 15 years of corporate management experience across India, Europe and North America with Fortune 500 companies, which he brings into his work as head of faculty for iDiscoveri's enterprise business. An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, he is currently a visiting faculty in the marketing area there. Sushil's area of interest include personal coaching and individual growth. An MBA in Marketing, Amit's experience in the corporate world spans domains such as product development & management, process transitioning and sales policy & planning. Lead faculty in the leadership practise, he is a certified MBTI and FIRO-B accredited trainer and is pursuing his fellowship with 'Sumedhas Academy for Human Context' a human process work institution. After 14 years of teaching and working as curriculum advisor and Vice Principal in a school, Shil is now committed to making learning enjoyable. He believes that learning happens naturally and a curriculum should facilitate this process.     B.
